OUR STORY

Giovanni Pillitteri has a long standing history in the food industry, providing the very best quality ingredients to a multitude of establishments.

Taught by his grandfather, Carmelo Pillitteri in Palermo, Sicily in the late 1960s, Giovanni is a well known pizza consultant and is now bringing his knowledge to the organic and gluten-free food industry.
